The effort Darren put in to ensure we got the best subsidy and service for the solar battery in July/August was exceptional. I fully understand that Darren is in a chain of command with Peter working for "FULLPOWER", but the outcome of the battery project — we not only ended up with a larger battery than originally planned, but also significant savings, thanks to Darren's work to ensure we fully benefited from the Government subsidy — was exemplary.
You may not be aware, but we were able to put those savings to good use — our oven decided to retire (2003 model) at the same time, so we also needed a replacement. Darren at Fullpower installed the new one efficiently and stress-free, even though we were worried it would not fit the existing space.
What we were left with was the feeling that we mattered — that we were important and relevant enough to "Fullpower" to receive a level of service that is all too rare in today's world of commercialism.
Again, your crew and staff were amazing in how they moved in and out, completing both jobs seamlessly.
