- Are you licensed for electrical and solar work?
- Yes. We trade as Fullpower Electrics under electrical contractor licence EC 004175. Our solar and battery installs are carried out by an SAA accredited team — the same licensed electricians who do your switchboard and mains work.
- Do you install air conditioning as well as electrical?
- We supply and install reverse cycle split systems and ducted air-conditioning for new and existing homes, and can service and repair many brands. See air-conditioning on our services page or call for a site-specific quote.
- What security work do you do?
- We provide the licensed electrical side: cabling, power supplies, fit-off and coordination with CCTV, alarms and access control. We work alongside your equipment choices and, where needed, intercoms and gate automation. Details are on residential security and commercial security.
- How do solar quotes work?
- We use design software to model your roof, shading and usage — no one-size-fits-all spreadsheets. Expect questions about how you use power so we can size PV and batteries honestly. Start on our solar page or the blog articles linked from the home page.
- Do you do commercial testing (RCDs, exit lights, test and tag)?
- We list periodic RCD testing, emergency and exit lighting checks, and portable appliance test and tagging under our commercial services. If your site has a set compliance calendar, send it through on the contact form or call the office.
- What are your office hours?
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — for scheduling, quotes and general enquiries. Urgent electrical faults: call (08) 6330 8800 and we will either attend or advise the next step with a licensed electrician.
